Please read before booking your appointment, it is very important that you fully understand WINX BEAUTY policy before booking your appointment.
- There will be a non refundable deposit when booking to secure your appointment
- All deposits are NON Transferable! Deposits can no longer be put towards your next appointment or any appointments in the future. If your appointment is a no call no show or cancellation, a $45 fee is required to rebook.
- I DO NOT Work over another Artist work. If you are a new client, a FULL SET is REQUIRED!
- If you are new to Lash extensions and have additional questions, a consultation can be booked prior to your appointment. All scheduled appointments are reserved for servicing the client. All questions should be answered prior to your appointment time.
- Your $20 deposit will go towards your service and the remaining balance will be paid in full at the end of your service
- Cash, Venmo, and debit/credit cards are acceptable forms of payment
- Appointments may be rescheduled only once with at least 48 hours notice
- If appointments need to be rescheduled more than once initial deposit will result in forfeiture, A new deposit will be needed for new appointments
- Please arrive to your appointment no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- Please come with a clean face free of any makeup, oils or face creams
- *Please understand if you have any allergy towards lash extension adhesive, booking your appointment is an “at-will“ choice. No refunds will be given for allergic reaction.
**Late Policy**
Clients are given a 15 min grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfieted.
By booking and confirming your appointment with a deposit you are agreeing to the terms and requirements referenced above.
